I've tried the same process many times with no luck. I then remove the ANT stick and have to do a manual shutdown and reboot. When I get to the point in the ANT software installation where it says to 'plug the ANT stick into the USB port' I then get the message stating 'New Hardware Found', and then the computer freezes up completely. I've tried every imaginable combination of installing the ANT software for hours and hours, and no luck with these three particular sticks. I have three brand new ANT sticks, and three computers.
